In what cases should we undertake therapy?
Therapy is needed when the intensity of negative symptoms and mental health problems lowers our quality of life. The first step is to realize that we've stopped coping with our problems. Our problem is often a lack of courage to face difficulties head-on. When worries arise, some people fall into alcoholism, others become workaholics, and still others drastically reduce their sleep. Loved ones are not always able to support us sufficiently, and we also resent them for this, which leads to bitterness and frustration.
