Owning a business or being employed?

This is a question that a certain percentage of people always ask themselves, and there's no doubt about it. Well, you have to work to make a living, because money doesn't fall from the sky for anyone, unfortunately. There's no single answer to the question of: owning your own business or working for an employer, because it's a complex issue.

Business

There are as many opinions as there are people.

Certainly, there will be many people who state that employment is the best and present many arguments to support their thesis. Others, in turn, will claim that their own business, and even a sole proprietorship, is the best. Well, people have different needs, show different levels of commitment to what they do, and expect different outcomes from their work.

Difficulties in running your own business

Let's look into this matter to explore it further, because perhaps not everyone fully realizes the advantages and disadvantages of working for your own company versus being employed. Some people only focus on the earnings of private company owners, completely disregarding their enormous commitment. It doesn't need explaining to anyone that owning your own business essentially means „being at work” often 24 hours a day. But those who have never been in such a situation won't understand. And running your own business doesn't always mean huge profits. Our earnings largely depend on what we do and what position we hold. There are industries where people earn a lot of money, and there are others where earnings are not very high.
